• Plan and deliver large, complex technology initiatives, owning integrated delivery plans.
• Support AI-related programs and pilots, coordinating evaluation and rollout activities.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Quality, Security, and Enablement teams for aligned execution.
• Support change management and adoption for new tools, capabilities, or processes.
• Provide clear and timely status updates and delivery insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading complex technology projects or programs.
• Strong understanding of modern product and engineering delivery environments.
• Typically 7-10 years of experience supporting technology change or transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Work from New York City, NY, USA, with hybrid attendance (8 days/month).
