Salary: $142,500.00 - $156,750.00 per year

What you will do

• Partner with International leadership to evolve and run the Benefits operating system and cadence.
• Work with executive leadership to ensure clear priorities, effective resource allocation, and accelerated speed of execution.
• Lead special, ad hoc critical projects and initiatives that support the executive team.
• Develop systems, capabilities, reporting, and practices to accelerate execution across decentralized teams.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to effectively get work done and bridge gaps between International and core business.
• Design and build human systems that define company processes and unlock employee potential.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in program/project management, strategy operations, and/or consulting.
• 1-2 years of prior management or leadership experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability and experience to influence executives and successfully deliver strategic, high-impact initiatives.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to succeed and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, managing ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Strong sense of ownership, ability to proactively remove obstacles, and focus on results and outcomes.
