TL;DR

Senior Technical Program Manager (GTM and CPQ): Leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives for business systems, driving cloud-first architecture strategy and scalable system integrations. Focus on translating ambiguous business goals into clear technical requirements, managing delivery bottlenecks, and influencing design decisions in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Location: This position can be in hybrid in Seattle or remote within the US (prefer PT time zone).

Salary: $135,000–$170,000 a year

What you will do

  • Lead large cross-functional programs spanning Business Systems Engineering, Product, Support Operations, and other teams.
  • Own program execution, driving scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment for successful delivery.
  • Translate high-level, ambiguous business goals into clearly documented systems and technical requirements.
  • Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks, negotiate trade-offs, and maintain alignment through changing priorities.
  • Apply technical acumen to assess architecture, data, and integration impacts, influencing scalable design decisions.
  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple disparate groups.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Operations, or similar role within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional programs across multiple systems and teams.
  • Strong program management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, balancing technical depth and business context.
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, data flows, and integration, with the ability to flag and manage technical risks.
  • Skilled in roadmap planning, scoping, and discovery for large-scale initiatives, with expertise in defining and documenting requirements.
  • Adept at navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and adapting to dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communicator across both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Work format: Hybrid in Seattle or remote within the US (PT time zone preferred).
