What you will do
- Set GTM Business Systems strategy and vision, aligning technology investments with company objectives.
- Own and evolve the GTM systems roadmap, balancing near-term business needs with long-term architectural scalability.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Business Systems Analysts, Developers, and Project/Program Managers.
- Partner cross-functionally to translate business requirements into well-designed, reliable system solutions.
- Oversee implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Ironclad, Snowflake, and Workato.
- Drive system governance and operational excellence, including regular audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Business Systems, with deep ownership of commerce-to-cash / quote-to-cash processes.
- 8+ years of people leadership experience, managing and developing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong technical fluency, including Salesforce (SFDC), SQL, Snowflake, and modern reporting/analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash systems and workflows, including Salesforce CPQ.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
