What you will do

• Develop and launch innovative partner programs and GTM strategies to incentivize the sale and support of hirify.global's product.
• Create enablement resources, training, and tools for channel partners to better represent the company's offerings.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key brokers, consultants, and influential channel partners.
• Identify and secure new strategic growth partnerships to expand market reach and national presence.
• Collaborate with leadership to define and implement expansion strategies and track performance metrics.
• Gather partner feedback and work with cross-functional teams to identify product and service enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within the benefits or HR tech industries.
• Proven track record of developing and scaling channel programs and driving strategic partnerships.
• Deep understanding of the broker and consultant ecosystem.
• Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Must be based in the United States.
