What you will do

• Lead and scale high-performing engineering teams in competitive, delivery-driven environments.
• Drive complex, multi-stream initiatives from strategy through execution with clear ownership and outcomes.
• Actively manage performance, expectations, and delivery standards across teams.
• Strengthen infrastructure scalability, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Lead step-wise modernization of platform, UI, APIs, and developer experience.
• Establish strong delivery discipline, operational standards, and embed DevSecOps, privacy-by-design, and AI-assisted coding practices.

Requirements

• Deep experience in software engineering and infrastructure leadership.
• Proven track record leading high-performance engineering teams in fast-paced, highly competitive technology environments.
• Ability to set ambitious goals, actively manage performance, and create strong accountability for delivery, quality, and operational maturity.
• Expertise in continuously evolving how engineering work gets done, including adopting modern delivery practices and tooling.
• Strong focus on speed to impact, execution excellence, and challenging outdated approaches.
