What you will do

• Lead and manage the Corporate Sales Engineering team, including performance management, coaching, and development.
• Provide technical pre-sales support, answering questions and resolving issues for customers.
• Work with sales management to maximize efficient use of technical resources.
• Update and deliver regional training to sales staff and partners on related products.

Requirements

• Line management experience, including managing teams remotely.
• Pre-sales technical experience in IT security.
• Strong technical knowledge in networking and/or security.
• Familiarity with hacking tools, malware, and Anti-Virus / IDS / IPS evasion techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to interact with senior executives.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a methodical and disciplined manner.

Nice to have

• Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+, CEH).
