What you will do

• Lead a collaborative team (5 people) in delivering great software for customers.
• Collaborate within the product engineering department to align the team with company objectives.
• Build strong roadmaps balancing long-term strategic initiatives and short-term tactical bets.
• Demonstrate a broad understanding of the global architecture and how your domain fits within it.
• Consistently deliver code that sets the standard for quality and maintainability.
• Ensure the development of people through ongoing coaching and mentoring.

Requirements

• Experience and passion for growing, developing, and guiding people.
• Experience managing a team while continuing to contribute technically.
• Experience working in agile development teams.
• Knowledge of tech stack including AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, RestFul API, Python, Django, VueJs, Nuxt, and Datadog.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Problem-solving attitude and comfort navigating ambiguous situations with data.
