Platform Solution Sales Exec - Partner & Alliances (Fintech): Driving adoption and growth of hirify.global Platform for enterprise accounts in Consumer Lending and Retail Banking with an accent on decisioning, analytics, and strategy design and execution. Focus on building senior client relationships, shaping solution opportunities, and exceeding sales targets for complex SaaS-based solutions.

Location: Remote from United Arab Emirates with up to 50% travel required.

What you will do

  • Work with existing and new customers to understand their key initiatives in Consumer Lending and Retail Banking.
  • Build relationships with senior client stakeholders in Business and Technology.
  • Research and shape potential solution opportunities through collaborative engagement with internal teams.
  • Ensure clients are delighted with purchased solutions to create long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate across internal hirify.global teams to shape cohesive sales efforts.
  • Manage sales to quarterly and annual targets.

Requirements

  • Proven senior-level experience in building and managing strategic relationships with senior executives, particularly within large financial institutions.
  • Enterprise solution sales expertise with a track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals, including SaaS-based solutions.
  • Deep familiarity with banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, account management, or consumer lending.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to maintain close client partnerships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience.
