What you will do

  • Develop and execute a global alliance strategy for enterprise technologies, identifying key partners and prioritizing joint initiatives.
  • Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with C-level and senior executives at strategic partners.
  • Drive alliance-sourced and influenced revenue by working with sales leadership to build joint go-to-market plans.
  • Lead and manage a team of alliance professionals while aligning internal stakeholders across various departments.
  • Establish operational rigor for partnerships, including executive-level business reviews and KPI reporting.
  • Represent the company as a thought leader at high-profile industry events, articulating a compelling vision for joint solutions.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of total professional experience, with a minimum of 7 years in senior leadership roles focused on alliance management or business development within enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Proven history of building and scaling multi-million dollar partnerships with major enterprise technology companies, with emphasis on CSPs, CRM, ERP, HCM.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute complex, multi-year alliance strategies that drive significant revenue and business growth.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging with C-level executives.
  • Experience managing a significant P&L or revenue target tied directly to alliance performance.
  • History of successfully leading and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
