Salary: $260,000–$341,200

What you will do
- Own and optimize the enablement tech stack (LMS, CMS, conversation intelligence).
- Ensure platforms are optimized for AI-driven content and predictive coaching.
- Oversee the reliability, security, and access of hirify.global-specific training environments.
- Establish global standards for program management, intake, and prioritization.
- Define and deliver KPIs, linking enablement activity to revenue outcomes.
- Manage the global GTM readiness roadmap and credential lifecycle for certifications.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Enablement Operations, or Business Technology, with 5+ years leading global teams across AMER, EMEA, and APJ.
- Proven track record of delivering a "Center of Excellence" model.
- Deep architectural and administrative experience with a complex global enablement stack (Highspot, Mindtickle, Docebo, or Salesforce).
- Direct experience owning professional certification programs, including exam integrity and proctoring.
- Expert proficiency in translating GTM data into executive-level reporting.
- Success leading large-scale, multi-region technical migrations for 2,000+ users.

- Proven success in designing an AI-first enablement architecture.
- Hands-on experience scaling cloud-based lab environments.
- Experience building closed-loop reporting systems with machine learning or predictive modeling.
- Deep expertise in leading global organizational pivots and change management.
