TL;DR

Head of Revenue Enablement Operations & Shared Services: Architecting and scaling the infrastructure for hirify.global’s global Go-To-Market enablement engine with an accent on systems ownership, AI readiness, and certification integrity. Focus on defining KPIs, managing global roadmaps, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple regions.

Location: This position is based exclusively in Menlo Park, CA. Alternative locations are not available at this time.

Salary: $260,000–$341,200

What you will do

  • Own and optimize the enablement tech stack (LMS, CMS, conversation intelligence).
  • Ensure platforms are optimized for AI-driven content and predictive coaching.
  • Oversee the reliability, security, and access of hirify.global-specific training environments.
  • Establish global standards for program management, intake, and prioritization.
  • Define and deliver KPIs, linking enablement activity to revenue outcomes.
  • Manage the global GTM readiness roadmap and credential lifecycle for certifications.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Enablement Operations, or Business Technology, with 5+ years leading global teams across AMER, EMEA, and APJ.
  • Proven track record of delivering a "Center of Excellence" model.
  • Deep architectural and administrative experience with a complex global enablement stack (Highspot, Mindtickle, Docebo, or Salesforce).
  • Direct experience owning professional certification programs, including exam integrity and proctoring.
  • Expert proficiency in translating GTM data into executive-level reporting.
  • Success leading large-scale, multi-region technical migrations for 2,000+ users.

  • Proven success in designing an AI-first enablement architecture.
  • Hands-on experience scaling cloud-based lab environments.
  • Experience building closed-loop reporting systems with machine learning or predictive modeling.
  • Deep expertise in leading global organizational pivots and change management.
