Salary: $264,000–$379,500

What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of managers and engineers for hirify.global's control plane and query serving infrastructure.
• Ensure operational readiness of services and meet availability and performance commitments.
• Define and execute the technical strategy for Cloud Services aligning with company goals.
• Partner with Engineering and Product organizations for planning and staffing.
• Grow the team by recruiting new members and developing existing ones.
• Foster innovation, collaboration, continuous learning, and practical decision-making.

Requirements

• 15+ years industry experience designing, building, and supporting large scale production systems.
• 5+ years of experience managing managers and leading technical teams.
• Strong background in coding and problem-solving, with technical guidance ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent understanding of low-level operating systems concepts including multi-threading, memory management, networking, storage, performance, and scale.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related fields or equivalent experience.
