What you will do

  • Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short-form video content for hirify.global’s corporate social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Maintain a consistent visual style and tone of voice across all content, ensuring it aligns with hirify.global’s brand identity.
  • Partner cross-functionally to uncover and source authentic employee stories and experiences, aligning them with key programs, events, and campaigns.
  • Scout and curate a worldwide network of like-minded ambassadors to scale your reach and impact.
  • Evolve video strategy by experimenting with the latest social media trends and figuring out how hirify.global can lead the conversation.
  • Analyze engagement metrics to measure success and optimize every asset for maximum impact.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of proven track record building a brand (your own or for another company) with the ability to grow an audience.
  • Strong understanding of frame composition, lighting, and studio tools, and the ability to turn raw footage into short-form hits.
  • Perfect blend of director and host, comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts and corporate initiatives into human, FOMO-inducing narratives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Film, or Communications (or equivalent experience).
  • A portfolio is required for consideration.
