Location: Onsite in Boston, MA

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 USD

What you will do

  • Coordinate high-volume recruiting logistics, including scheduling interviews.
  • Review job applicants and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Support onboarding and pre-employment workflows.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition systems.
  • Generate, initiate, and monitor pre-employment screenings.
  • Identify opportunities to improve Talent Acquisition processes and workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
  • Prior experience supporting Human Resources or Talent Acquisition operations strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Greenhouse, and HRIS platforms such as Workday.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technologies, including AI-driven solutions.
