Vice President, Global Revenue Enablement (AI): Leading a transformative AI-first enablement strategy for hirify.global’s global GTM engine, focusing on modernizing onboarding, field coaching, and operationalizing scalable innovation using AI. Focus on designing AI use cases to automate workflows, driving habitual adoption of AI-driven workflows, and measuring program impact on North Star metrics.

Location: This position is based exclusively in Menlo Park, CA. Alternative locations are not available at this time.

Salary: $312,000–$409,500

What you will do

  • Architect a transformative AI-First GTM Evolution strategy supporting global priorities.
  • Lead a high-agility team to modernize the global enablement lifecycle by embedding AI into daily workflows.
  • Operationalize scalable innovation and industry plays by translating GTM strategy into AI-powered assets and field guidance.
  • Own and optimize the global enablement tech stack, ensuring systems are integrated and user-centric.
  • Drive habitual adoption and change management, ensuring global field teams master AI-driven workflows.
  • Design and run rigorous mechanisms to track the direct correlation between enablement programs and North Star metrics.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of Senior GTM & Operations Leadership with a proven "Builder Mindset" in B2B SaaS.
  • Expertise in strategic cross-functional architecture, aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps.
  • AI & Technology Fluency, including hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce), Revenue Intelligence (Gong/Clari), and Predictive Analytics (6sense/Demandbase).
  • Experience supporting diverse GTM motions at scale, including Direct, Channel/Partner, and Technical teams.
  • Strong analytical rigor in data-driven change leadership to measure program impact.
  • Technical Foundation in Data/Cloud, with familiarity with the hirify.global ecosystem or similar cloud data platforms preferred.
