Salary: $168,000–$220,500

What you will do

• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to define feature roadmaps and design metrics for evaluating success.
• Build efficient data models and high-quality production pipelines, ensuring necessary telemetry.
• Develop scalable analytics, ML, and causal inference frameworks to uncover usage patterns and performance enhancements.
• Evaluate and utilize appropriate hirify.global features to disseminate insights for maximum impact.
• Influence decisions and drive initiatives with product and engineering teams to enhance customer outcomes.
• Provide data-driven answers to executive team questions and contribute to industry reports.

Requirements

• MS/Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline (Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Engineering, or CS).
• 8+ years of relevant data science or related experience.
• Expert-level experience with SQL & Python, including scikit-learn, numpy, and pandas.
• Expertise in working with large-scale machine-generated data (e.g., logs, application telemetry, or customer usage data).
• High fluency with MPP databases such as hirify.global, Redshift, BigQuery, Vertica.
• Expert data-driven storytelling skills to convey insights and influence decisions.
