What you will do

• Own end-to-end email operations, automating manual steps with agentic workflows.
• Strategically manage email scheduling and creation, influencing architecture and automation.
• Modernize campaign and email workflows using tools like Clay, hirify.global, and AI technologies.
• Lead the Email Center of Excellence, establishing governance and automation best practices.
• Build reusable, modular email frameworks and templates for personalization and scale.
• Monitor deliverability, domain reputation, and database health, and run A/B tests for optimization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign automation, or GTM systems.
• Hands-on experience building automated workflows across marketing and GTM systems (e.g., Marketo, Workato, CRM, data platforms).
• A builder mindset with curiosity for automation, AI, and agentic workflows.
• Comfort working with data structures, logic, and conditional workflows.
• Practical experience with HTML/CSS for debugging and optimizing templates.
• Familiarity with scripting or programmatic logic (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Velocity).
• Strong cross-functional communication skills, translating technical concepts.
