What you will do

  • Connect with new VIP clients to promote online billing and payment services during implementation.
  • Lead and execute paperless programs for existing customers, including email sends and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct trainings on online payment adoption best practices and customize marketing materials.
  • Track marketing activities and outcomes in Salesforce, gathering actionable client feedback.
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline onboarding and paperless program execution, drafting content and analyzing performance.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and external vendors to drive adoption and ensure program consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or marketing communications (SaaS or e-payments a plus).
  • Practical experience working directly with customers.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe tools (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Ability to learn and grow through AI to make work more efficient.

Nice to have

  • Marketo email marketing skills.
  • Sendgrid or other email platform mastery.
