What you will do
- Connect with new VIP clients to promote online billing and payment services during implementation.
- Lead and execute paperless programs for existing customers, including email sends and performance monitoring.
- Conduct trainings on online payment adoption best practices and customize marketing materials.
- Track marketing activities and outcomes in Salesforce, gathering actionable client feedback.
- Utilize AI tools to streamline onboarding and paperless program execution, drafting content and analyzing performance.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and external vendors to drive adoption and ensure program consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or marketing communications (SaaS or e-payments a plus).
- Practical experience working directly with customers.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Adobe tools (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Ability to learn and grow through AI to make work more efficient.
