What you will do
- Drive the global end-to-end strategy across co-sell, resell, marketing, and product integration pillars.
- Partner with hirify.global's global sales teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ to hit annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with technical experts to develop joint solutions and high-impact enablement materials.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with senior executives and partner with marketing teams on programs.
- Foster deep relationships across Product, Legal, and Professional Services to ensure a seamless experience.
- Coordinate co-marketing initiatives and utilize hirify.global systems to track key metrics.
Requirements
- Over 12 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 8 years in sales and alliances.
- Minimum of 3 years at a director level or higher.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience leading an ISV partnership that generated more than $10M in annual co-sell/resell revenue.
- Proven history of success leading alliance partnerships and identifying mutual business interests, with a background in software and SaaS.
- A highly analytical, data-driven, and strategic mindset, with capability for creative problem-solving and pragmatic execution.
- Strong verbal, executive presentation, and communication skills to effectively articulate partnership strategy and impact.
