TL;DR

Principal People Partner (Marketing): Advising Marketing leadership and the Chief Marketing Officer on strategic people matters, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capability. Focus on shaping integrated people strategy, leading complex organizational initiatives, and providing high-impact coaching to senior leaders.

Location: Based in the Menlo Park office, with in-office attendance required three days per week. This position is not eligible for remote or alternate-location arrangements.

Salary: $189,000–$247,800

What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the Chief Marketing Officer and senior Marketing leaders.
  • Translate Marketing's business priorities into an integrated people strategy, covering org design, workforce planning, and talent development.
  • Lead enterprise-level initiatives such as organizational redesigns, leadership transitions, and succession planning.
  • Guide Marketing leaders through growth and transformation as a change leader.
  • Provide high-impact coaching to VP and SVP leaders on effectiveness, decision-making, and team dynamics.
  • Deliver data-driven insights on organizational health to enable executive decision-making.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, supporting VP, SVP, and C-level leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering directly with a CMO or equivalent executive.
  • Strong background supporting Marketing or Go-To-Market organizations in technology environments.
  • Proven ability to operate at a staff-plus or principal level, influencing outcomes broadly.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
  • Deep expertise in organizational design, leadership coaching, and succession planning.
  • Strong business and data acumen.
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Experience in high-growth companies.
  • Work from the Menlo Park office three days per week.
