Salary: $236,000–$339,200 base salary range. Eligible for bonus and equity plan.

What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing fullstack engineering team of 5–10 engineers.
• Partner with Product Managers and UX Designers to translate customer needs into robust technical solutions.
• Lead technical strategy, participate in design reviews, and oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
• Champion engineering operational excellence, refine agile processes, and improve developer velocity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing fullstack engineering teams (5–10 engineers) with a track record of hiring and coaching.
• 10+ years of total software engineering experience with a strong background in leading full-stack development, including previous senior/staff engineer experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Product Management and User Experience (UX) teams.
• Technical fluency with modern stack including TypeScript, React, Java, Python, and Go.
• Experience managing project scope and guiding complex projects from concept to launch.
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and delivering measurable customer value.
