Salary: $190,000 - $237,500

What you will do
- Lead and manage the engineering team focused on growth and provider acquisition.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data teams to implement rapid A/B testing.
- Develop systems for lead capture, referral engines, and marketing web experiences.
- Mentor and grow engineers through weekly 1-1s and technical support.
- Drive strategic planning and contribute to the company's product roadmap.
- Scale the engineering organization as headcount grows toward 175+.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager at a high-growth startup or scale-up.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
- Strong technical foundation to guide architectural and technical decisions.
- Proven ability to balance short-term growth experimentation with long-term scalability.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python, React, and AWS infrastructure.
- Knowledge of SEO and paid advertising strategies.
- Background in healthtech or building user-facing products.
