TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Generating revenue pipeline by scheduling introductory meetings with key decision makers, researching accounts, and executing strategic campaigns. Focus on effective communication and collaboration with sales and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Support our team culture by working in the office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday). This means you’ll have to live within commuting distance of the office you’ll be working in.

Salary: $47,600 - $62,475

What you will do

  • Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers.
  • Research and build new and existing accounts through outbound calling, email, and social campaigns.
  • Analyze inbound and outbound prospects’ business and engage with them by phone and/or email.
  • Apply effective communication skills, collaborating directly with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and sharing successes with the team.

Requirements

  • A passion for technology and software sales; 1-2 years of customer-facing experience is preferred.
  • Ability to develop strong, long-lasting relationships (both internal and external).
  • A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing company environment and react to management initiatives.
  • Resourcefulness and results-driven operating style.
  • Collaborative and coachable mindset with a desire to continuously improve skills and impact.
