TL;DR

Head of Global Cloud Alliances (AWS & Azure): Own hirify.global’s global strategic partnerships with Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure, driving co-sell and marketplace motions, and influencing product alignment for measurable revenue impact. Focus on defining and executing joint business strategies, establishing operating models with hyperscaler alliance managers, and scaling global cloud partnerships.

Location: This is a hybrid role. Employees are expected to come into the office 3 days a week in San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, New York, Austin, London, Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Tokyo.

Salary: $300,000 to $375,000 OTE plus a competitive equity package

What you will do

  • Own the global AWS and Azure alliance strategy, including joint business plans, success metrics, and executive sponsorship.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue through hyperscaler co-sell motions and regional channel execution.
  • Enable AWS and Azure field sellers, solution architects, and partner teams to position, sell, and expand hirify.global Enterprise.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape joint roadmaps, integrations, and technical alignment with AWS and Azure services.
  • Own hirify.global’s presence at key AWS and Azure events and drive joint marketing campaigns and content.
  • Lead cross-functional operations with Sales, Channel Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in cloud alliances, strategic partnerships, business development, or enterprise SaaS Go-To-Market roles.
  • Deep hands-on experience working with AWS and/or Azure partner, product, or sales organizations, with a strong existing network.
  • Proven ability to build and scale global cloud partnerships that drive measurable revenue and customer adoption.
  • Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems, including co-sell motions, marketplace programs, and partner competency models.
  • Ability to influence across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
  • Executive-level communication skills, with experience engaging senior leaders both internally and at partner organizations.
