Estimated annual salary: $311,000 - $380,000 for Denver, Colorado based hires or $317,000 - $387,000 for Seattle, Washington based hires.

What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for scaling hirify.global’s global presence through cloud and platform partnerships.
• Drive business growth and expand market share by executing a global strategy with key partners.
• Serve as the executive liaison, influencing senior leaders at hirify.global and partner organizations for mutual success.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of partnership managers.
• Spearhead initiatives to empower partners with resources, training, and support for hirify.global solutions.
• Develop joint go-to-market strategies, including sales plays, marketing campaigns, and events.

Requirements

• 10-12+ years of leadership experience in strategic alliances, business development, or partner management, with at least 5 years leading Cloud, Hosting and Platform partnerships.
• Proven track record of successfully building, scaling, and managing high-impact partnerships.
• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT ecosystems.
• Exceptional strategic leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments.
• Superior leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage teams internally and externally.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
