Location: US-MA-Boston

Salary: $140,000 - $183,750

What you will do

  • Become an expert on hirify.global’s product, conducting discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their IT roadmap to drive hirify.global solutions.
  • Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams.
  • Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities within accounts in your region.
  • Achieve sales quotas for allocated accounts and/or territory on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years field sales experience with consistent success meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Experience selling technical solutions and software products into the enterprise market.
  • Experience selling within the Retail CPG space.
  • Demonstrable experience executing enterprise complex sales strategies and tactics within Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science and/or AI/ML.
  • Familiarity with a solution-based approach to selling and managing complex sales processes.
  • Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships.
