What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of Account Development Representatives.
- Drive increased adoption and expansion within existing customers.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for strong pipeline creation.
- Identify opportunities in unassigned accounts by leveraging ICP insights.
- Act as an operations partner to the Global Lead and leadership team.
- Help define and evolve strategy, identifying opportunities to pivot based on business insights.
Requirements
- Passion for People Management.
- Experience having sold hirify.global or similar platforms.
- Strong strategic, operational, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Customer-first mindset with a track record of driving growth and adoption.
