The Role
ElevenLabs is hiring a GTM Sourcer to help build the global go-to-market engine.

You’ll focus on sourcing world-class revenue, partnerships, and growth talent across regions — including:

— Account Executives
— SDRs / BDRs
— Customer Success
— Partnerships
— Solutions Engineering
— Other revenue-facing roles

This is a strategic sourcing role in highly competitive global markets. You’ll operate across APAC, Middle East, EMEA, and beyond — building high-quality pipelines at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing
— Map GTM talent markets across APAC, Middle East, EMEA, and other regions
— Run multiple high-volume searches while maintaining quality and precision
— Build creative, unconventional sourcing strategies
— Partner closely with Recruiters and hiring leaders to refine search criteria
— Calibrate on signals that predict top performance
— Act as an early brand ambassador — your outreach sets the tone

What They’re Looking For
— Proven experience sourcing top-tier GTM talent (AE, SDR, CS, Partnerships, Solutions)
— Comfortable managing geographically diverse, fast-paced searches
— Strong LinkedIn Recruiter & Boolean sourcing skills
— Experience adapting outreach to different regional markets
— Excellent, crisp written communication
— Analytical, first-principles thinker
