Location: Hybrid in New York, NY

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 a year

What you will do

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define core competencies, draft job descriptions, and establish interview workflows.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and interview management.
  • Proactively identify and engage qualified talent through LinkedIn, professional networks, and targeted outreach.
  • Ensure a consistent, professional, and transparent candidate experience.
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to provide clear visibility into the hiring funnel.
  • Track and communicate key recruitment metrics to optimize the talent acquisition strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a fast-growing SaaS company.
  • Experience recruiting for engineering, product, or other technical roles is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Strong professional communication skills and ability to build rapport with candidates and provide consultative advice to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to use data to identify trends, address hiring bottlenecks, and improve overall recruitment efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
