What you will do

  • Make daily outbound contacts by emails, chats, and phone, including cold calling senior executives.
  • Set up meetings and interact with decision-makers, pitching value-based solutions.
  • Follow up on data queries and maintain accurate customer and sales information in the internal CRM.
  • Engage existing and new users, working alongside internal pre-sales and research teams.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.

Requirements

  • Around 3-6 years of working experience in a sales role, with exposure to the maritime market being a strong plus.
  • Experience in Sales selling solutions within Shipping, Commodities, and/or B2B SaaS or data solutions.
  • Good English and Bahasa level, with great presentation skills and an excellent ability to convince prospects and clients.
  • Familiarity with and contacts within the maritime community.
  • Proactive ‘hunter’ mentality and strategic mindset.
  • Strong drive, team spirit, and ability to multi-task.
