What you will do

• Own the product lifecycle, defining and articulating a clear product vision and strategy for the Web3 ecosystem.
• Drive the product roadmap by translating complex user needs and business requirements into tangible, prioritized plans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, legal, and compliance teams.
• Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Act as a key liaison, effectively communicating progress and priorities to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a significant portion in the Web3, crypto, or fintech space.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology (consensus mechanisms, smart contracts) and major public chain ecosystems.
• Familiarity with non-custodial wallet infrastructure (EOA, MPC, AA), cross-chain protocols, and DeFi concepts.
• Strong technical background to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on complex technical challenges.
• Proven ability to lead and influence in a fast-paced environment and a passion for creating intuitive, user-centric products.
