What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy for hirify.global’s API and integration products to drive revenue and retention.
• Manage and scale core integration products, including native integrations for accounting, invoicing, and ERPs.
• Oversee the Public API and the Developer Portal.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with external technical partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineers, Market Directors, and Customer Success across European markets.
• Ensure high product quality and reliability for all integration experiences.

Requirements

• Strong track record as a Product Manager with API products, Banking-as-a-Service, or complex native integrations.
• Ability to map the competitive landscape and define strategic roadmaps.
• Experience in managing external technical partners and building professional trust.
• Obsession with product quality and reliability beyond the initial feature release.
• Strong cross-team communication skills and curiosity about emerging tech trends.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Paris, Berlin, Milan, or Barcelona.
