What you will do

• Take ownership of law school partnerships end-to-end, ensuring alignment with hirify.global’s long-term goals.
• Enable partner institutions on the hirify.global platform, identifying relevant use cases with legal subject-matter expertise.
• Launch and own initiatives to drive platform usage, including co-creating content and programs with faculty.
• Build strong relationships and champions within partner organisations to support long-term adoption and advocacy.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Go-to-Market, Enablement, Customer Engagement, and Marketing teams.
• Identify gaps in partnership strategy and design, execute, and iterate on solutions to strengthen community partnerships.

Requirements

• Hold an LLB from a top law school.
• 5+ years of professional experience, with a strong emphasis on project or program management.
• Possess a clear understanding of the legal sector, including law firm practice areas, lawyer workflows, and common pain points.
• Have a proven ability to build trusted relationships and champions within complex organizations.
• Be highly organized and comfortable managing multiple fast-paced initiatives simultaneously.
• Thrive in high-growth, dynamic environments, and can pivot quickly as priorities evolve.

Nice to have

• 2–3 years of experience practicing at a UK law firm (litigation or transactional).
• Experience working with the academic sector, particularly with UK law school faculty.
• Background in legal clinics or practical applications of AI and law.
