What you will do

  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored hirify.global solutions.
  • Stay up to date on hirify.global products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Represent hirify.global at marketing events, prepare sales performance reports, and contribute to strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Three plus (3+) years of successful sales experience in the technology or software industry.
  • Solid understanding of sales cycle management principles.
  • Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and manage prospect and client activity.
  • Goal oriented and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.

Nice to have

  • hirify.global domain experience.
  • Industry experience in property management.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles.
