What you will do
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored hirify.global solutions.
- Stay up to date on hirify.global products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Represent hirify.global at marketing events, prepare sales performance reports, and contribute to strategic planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Three plus (3+) years of successful sales experience in the technology or software industry.
- Solid understanding of sales cycle management principles.
- Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and manage prospect and client activity.
- Goal oriented and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
