Salary: The expected salary range for this role is £62,900 to £74,000 to £85,100 GBP.

What you will do

• Overall commercial accountability for a project.
• Resource management responsibility across a portfolio of projects.
• Drive continuous improvement within the Service Delivery customer engagement process.
• Manage finances, planning, risk, and client stakeholders and relationships.
• Proactively manage and communicate with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate feature information into best practices for customers.

Requirements

• Experienced Project or Programme manager with a capability to deliver successful projects.
• Strong on process, change management, and leadership by example.
• Keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.
• Passionate about business change through technology.
• Experienced in delivering projects on time and above customer expectations.
• Excellent communication skills and be able to liaise between cross-functional teams, stakeholders and clients with the ability to translate technical concepts into language understandable to non-technical stakeholders.
• You will have proven experience of managing projects using Agile methodologies and be capable of driving iterative delivery in a fast moving environment.
