What you will do

• Manage projects from beginning to end, ensuring seamless and successful delivery.
• Develop existing client relationships and act as the lead contact during projects.
• Plan integrated projects from initial stages through to final delivery, including new business pitches.
• Work across Gen AI projects and collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Oversee project financial budgets, resource allocation, and ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
• Continuously assess and recommend improvements for working methods and processes.

Requirements

• Exceptional project management skills with overall responsibility for project initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Excellent client engagement skills to proactively organise, influence, and build strong relationships.
• Proven Agile Project Management experience, including mapping sprints and leading scrums.
• Ability to manage and mentor junior team members.
• Clear understanding of IIG group products and their utilisation for client accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
