What you will do

• Act as the bridge between clients and the project team, translating client needs into clear, practical goals.
• Coach and motivate diverse project teams, guiding them toward shared objectives in an agile way.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth project progress from start to finish.
• Monitor project timelines, plan key activities, and keep stakeholders aligned through effective communication.
• Manage budgets responsibly and ensure final deliveries exceed expectations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Product Owner.
• Experience within a digital agency or complex digital environments is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
• Experience using project and workflow software, such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum (applied pragmatically).
• Proactive communicator and team player, comfortable in an international environment.
