What you will do

• Facilitate collaboration across product teams and stakeholders to align priorities, scope, and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, manage dependencies, and establish governance.
• Oversee Platform marketing content publishing workflow, ensuring quality control and brand compliance.
• Champion AI tool adoption to streamline documentation, meeting summaries, project tracking, and data analysis.
• Deliver executive dashboards, status reports, and KPI tracking to enable strategic decision-making.
• Maintain centralized documentation repositories and ensure knowledge transfer continuity across teams.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of project management experience, with experience in marketing, product marketing, or product management a plus.
• Post-secondary education in business, project management, marketing, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• A proactive, structured, and dependable approach with the ability to bring clarity and stability to fast-moving environments.
• Change management expertise with skill in navigating organizational complexity and driving adoption of new processes.
• Ability to work full-time in office in Ottawa, ON, Canada.
• Required to submit citizenship and/or permanent residency information to comply with U.S. Export Control Laws and Regulations.
