What you will do

• Lead digital projects for high-traffic websites and support client's digital presence.
• Guide digital communications efforts across multiple channels and platforms.
• Collaborate closely with internal creative, development, and QA teams.
• Define strategic plans and manage complex programs in fast-paced environments.
• Organize information quickly and summarize succinctly.
• Manage and control project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and change.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital project management, supporting marketing and development of digital communications.
• 7+ years of experience managing product launches, campaigns, platforms, and corporate initiatives.
• 4+ years developing marketing content for multiple digital platforms.
• Familiarity with digital communication platforms and technologies.
• Experience with productivity tools (Keynote, Pages, Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint) and collaboration/issue tracking tools (Box, JIRA, Confluence).
• Strong understanding of Project Management principles, methods, and techniques, including roadmap development and revenue forecasting.
• Experience managing teams and conversations with clients around scope, schedule, budget, roadmaps, objectives, and strategies.
• Must be able to work from the Calgary office a minimum of 3 days a week.
