What you will do

• Lead development and optimisation of innovative marketing strategies.
• Drive growth for Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Embedded Finance, and consumer lending.
• Develop Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) marketing strategy for unsecured lending (acquire, onboard, deepen, retain).
• Lead strategy and plan definition using customer and commercial understanding.
• Partner with marketers to champion performance insight for commercial growth.

Requirements

• Strong experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver marketing initiatives.
• Proven ability in crafting and delivering full-funnel marketing plans and multi-channel campaigns.
• Commercial acumen to set, manage, and optimise large-scale marketing budgets (£m).
• Skilled at building relationships and influencing senior collaborators in complex organisations.
• English: B2 required.

• Previous experience in unsecured (consumer) lending marketing.
