What you will do

  • Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive pipeline and business growth.
  • Oversee campaign effectiveness, optimising performance and ROI using data and analytics.
  • Manage agency and partner relationships, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate across performance and acquisition channels to maximise conversion and funnel outcomes.
  • Track, analyse, and report on key metrics, recommending improvements for future campaigns.
  • Support testing and innovation in demand generation, adopting new approaches and technologies.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid (UK Wide, with offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol)
  • Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in managing agency and partner relationships to drive performance.
  • Hands-on involvement in analysing campaign data and optimising for ROI and conversion.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting campaign data and performance metrics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Project management skills to oversee campaign execution and optimisation.
