Account Strategist Intern (Digital Marketing/AI): Providing support on client accounts in Benelux and Nordics by monitoring, optimizing, and reporting campaign performances with an accent on troubleshooting issues and identifying growth opportunities. Focus on improving internal tools and processes, and building customized case-studies for clients.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain. Must be able to sign an internship contract in Spain for 6 months.

What you will do

• Provide client support for Benelux and Nordics regions, including monitoring, optimizing, and reporting campaign performances.
• Troubleshoot client issues/bugs on campaigns, liaising with Business Intelligence and Technical Solutions teams.
• Help identify growth opportunities within the current existing business portfolio.
• Perform administrative tasks such as creating IOs and tickets.
• Contribute to team success by improving tools and internal processes for automation.
• Help build customized case-studies for clients by collecting information.

Requirements

• Completed an internship in sales and client service, ideally in a tech-related field.
• Demonstrated business sense for handling a multitasking environment where prioritization is key.
• Fluent in English (C1+), both spoken and written.
• Dutch or a Nordic Language is a massive plus, with cultural sensitivity to the Benelux and/or Nordic regions.
• Passion for new media, internet trends, and digital marketing.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail to explore product performances.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
• Needs to be able to sign an internship contract in Spain for 6 months.
