• Collaborate with founders on strategic recruiting, quality of hire, and team scaling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a strong track record of hires.
• Experience sourcing technical talent at early-stage or fast-growing startups.
• Must be excited about working in person in San Francisco.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and closing skills.
• Great instincts for spotting builders who thrive in ambiguity, ownership, and fast execution.
