What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across levels, including sales, customer success, marketing, and operations.
• Work with founders to ensure a delightful candidate experience.
• Experiment with new sourcing strategies, referrals, and outbound approaches to reach great candidates.
• Collaborate with founders on the strategic side of recruiting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of GTM recruiting experience, with a track record of shipping great hires.
• Strong preference for experience sourcing GTM talent at early-stage or fast-growing startups.
• You’re excited about working in person in SF and being embedded with the team.
• You enjoy bringing creativity into recruiting.
• You’re a strong communicator, interviewer, and closer.
