What you will do

• Develop and execute end-to-end KYC product strategy, covering identity verification flows across all channels.
• Manage KYC infrastructure and architecture, including decision orchestration and vendor integrations.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment with CNBV and local requirements.
• Drive metrics and experimentation to optimize onboarding conversion, fraud prevention, and cost.
• Influence fraud losses, customer conversion, vendor strategy, and new product enablement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in fintech, payments, banking, or financial infrastructure.
• Strong product ownership mindset with experience in KYC, fraud, identity, or risk products.
• Ability to translate regulatory and risk requirements into product decisions.
• Comfort working with technical systems and integrations.
• Data-driven decision making and ability to operate in a fast-moving fintech environment.
• English: Fluent required
