What you will do

• Own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
• Identify, qualify, and close new mid-market clients.
• Run the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Onboarding, and Product teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and forecasting.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and consistently meet revenue targets.

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in B2B sales (fintech, payments, crypto, or SaaS preferred).
• Proven outbound prospecting and closing capability.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable selling complex, regulated solutions.
• Data-driven approach with CRM usage.
• Fluent English required; additional languages a strong plus.
