What you will do
- Own client relationships post-onboarding.
- Drive product adoption and ongoing usage.
- Monitor client activity, volumes, and engagement.
- Act as first point of contact for operational and commercial matters.
- Proactively manage retention risks.
- Coordinate internally to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in client success, account management, or operations.
- Experience with B2B fintech, payments, or SaaS clients preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working with data and KPIs.
- Fluent English required
