What you will do
- Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound activities (cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach).
- Generate interest and schedule meetings for the Sales team.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to support the full sales cycle.
- Use a consultative and creative approach to understand clients’ goals and deliver real value.
- Stay up to date on accessibility and digital inclusion trends to continuously improve your sales techniques.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation.
- Experience using CRM platforms and lead generation tools such as Apollo, Lusha, and Lemlist.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both phone and email).
- A charismatic, passionate, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong motivation, autonomy, and resilience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Native proficiency in French and fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in B2B service sales and lead generation.
- Familiarity with the French market.
- Background in selling SaaS or tech products.
