What you will do
- Take ownership of sales territory, create account plans, and collaborate with BDRs on campaigns.
- Qualify inbound pipeline and manage the sales process through to close.
- Engage with supporting teams to win deals and attend onsite prospect meetings.
- Proactively drive upsell and expansion with existing customers and assist with renewals.
- Participate in industry events and support the global Product Management team.
- Manage CRM forecasting, pipeline, and multi-level stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Consistent achievement in Market Development and SMB/MM Account Executive roles.
- Experience prospecting into Senior-level stakeholders.
- Essential experience in a high-growth SaaS sales environment, ideally within Property, Building, or Facilities Management.
- Proven experience with a sales methodology to demonstrate and quantify value.
- Ability to build business cases adapted to each prospect’s scenario.
- Highly disciplined in sales process, time management, qualification, and CRM management.
