TL;DR

Spontaneous Application (Account Executive): Driving sales pipeline, managing customer accounts, and achieving revenue targets for a collaborative facilities management platform with an accent on executive-level prospecting, BDR collaboration, and sales process management. Focus on applying proven sales methodologies, building business cases, and proactively driving upsell and expansion with existing customers.

Location: Hybrid in London, Barcelona, Florianópolis, Porto, France, or the UK.

What you will do

  • Take ownership of sales territory, create account plans, and collaborate with BDRs on campaigns.
  • Qualify inbound pipeline and manage the sales process through to close.
  • Engage with supporting teams to win deals and attend onsite prospect meetings.
  • Proactively drive upsell and expansion with existing customers and assist with renewals.
  • Participate in industry events and support the global Product Management team.
  • Manage CRM forecasting, pipeline, and multi-level stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • Consistent achievement in Market Development and SMB/MM Account Executive roles.
  • Experience prospecting into Senior-level stakeholders.
  • Essential experience in a high-growth SaaS sales environment, ideally within Property, Building, or Facilities Management.
  • Proven experience with a sales methodology to demonstrate and quantify value.
  • Ability to build business cases adapted to each prospect’s scenario.
  • Highly disciplined in sales process, time management, qualification, and CRM management.
