What you will do

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas by managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Identify and drive net new business opportunities.
  • Present hirify.global’s suite of services to prospective and existing customers.
  • Own customer relationships from sale to business completion.
  • Self-generate leads through various channels including calls, visits, networking, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas for net new logos.
  • Experience selling into Australia/New Zealand is essential, with preference for additional APAC markets.
  • Ability to confidently make calls to build pipeline and qualify opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, including objection resolution, and operational/sales playbooks.
  • Proficiency in sales tech stack (LI, Salesforce, Zoominfo, LeadIQ, Outreach, Clari, etc.).
  • Business fluency in English is essential.
